Most women will experience symptoms around menopause.  The duration and severity of the symptoms will differ.  However, the risk of developing dietary related illness such as heart disease and osteoporosis will increase.   According to the BDA, changing diet may help to reduce menopausal symptoms and reduce the risk of diet related diseases.

This course is designed to inform health professionals of the impacts of menopause to better support peri and post menopausal women to improve health and manage symptoms.
